JK Low is a partner at J.P. Wilson. He specialises in governance and transactions services.
In his work with private clients, JK journeys with business leaders to maximise transactions certainty, structure and synergies. This includes design of governance strategy, financial due diligence, pre-transaction advisory and post-transaction integration and valuation.
JK was previously the CEO and CFO of Viking Offshore and Marine, a group company listed on the Singapore Exchange. Prior to that, he served at other big global brands including IBM, Visa International and Arthur Andersen. With this, JK brings over 35 years of financial and commercial experience spanning across diverse industries and multitude of business and operational disciplines and responsibilities.
