Arlene Wherrett is a partner at J.P. Wilson. She has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles within multinational organisations across Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia, the UK and the USA, and holds a strong track record in leading major transformational change.
In her work with private clients, Arlene works with business leaders to formulate leadership strategy and execution plans, particularly in times of transformational change.
Arlene was previously in leadership roles in Sage, CEB (now Gartner), Bluewolf (now IBM), SAI Global, Marsh, MMC and Mercer.
