ABOUT

Ian Chan is a partner at J.P. Wilson. He specialises in advising on M&A and capital raising transactions.

In his work with private clients, Ian journeys with business leaders to formulate transactions strategy and execution plans. This includes developing M&A strategies to maximise transaction certainty, structuring and negotiating transactions to completion.

Ian‘s prior experience includes being a Director – Head of Investments (East Asia) at Una Brands, a regional e-commerce aggregator and an Associate Director at PwC Corporate Finance. He has worked deals across a variety of sectors and advised clients such as entrepreneurs, corporates and financial investors.
